Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern enrollment and participation in all courses, workshops, and activities offered by Luna Lux. By applying and/or paying for a program, you agree to the following:

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

  • Courses are open to adults (18+) unless otherwise stated (e.g., parent-baby workshops).
  • Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment is received.
  • Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment secures your seat in the selected program.
  • Refund policy:
    • Full refund up to 7 days before the start date
    • 50% refund within 3–6 days before start
    • No refund within 72 hours of program start
  • If Luna Lux cancels or reschedules, participants may transfer to a new date or request a full refund.
  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method.

3. Program Delivery

  • Courses may be delivered in-person or online (Zoom/other platforms).
  • Luna Lux reserves the right to adjust trainers, schedules, or delivery methods when necessary.
  • Materials (PDF guides, journals, certificates) are provided digitally unless stated otherwise.

4. Certificates

  • Certificates of Completion are issued digitally within 7 days of program completion.
  • Attendance of the full course is required for certificate eligibility.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Participants must behave respectfully toward trainers, staff, and peers.
  • Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.
  • A supportive, inclusive environment is central to Luna Lux programs.

6. Health & Safety

  • Please inform us of any relevant health conditions or accessibility needs during enrollment.
  • Participation may be paused if safety is at risk for the student or group.
  • For massage and physical practices, students are responsible for monitoring their own wellbeing.

7. Media & Recording

  • Some sessions may be recorded for enrolled student review.
  • Promotional photos/videos are optional — students will only be included with explicit opt-in consent.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Course content, materials, and resources are owned by Luna Lux.
  • Students may use materials for personal learning but may not reproduce, distribute, or resell without written permission.

9. Liability Disclaimer

  • Luna Lux programs are for educational and personal development purposes only.
  • We do not provide medical, psychological, or financial advice.
  • Participation is voluntary; Luna Lux is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising during or after the program, except where required by law.

10. Data Protection

  • Personal data is collected and processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
  • By enrolling, you consent to data processing for enrollment, communication, and certification purposes.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
